Review: 10,000 BC

A fun adventure movie, just turn off your realism filter. The many anachronisms of this movie are documented on IMDb, here. That being said, it's worth seeing. Maybe not $9.50 (only if you like to watch good special effects on the big screen), but definitely whatever DVDs are renting for nowadays.

Do not expect a tightly plotted and realistic world.

I do want to see it, but even without clicking through -- the Woolly Mammoths in the desert building a pyramid 7,500 years too soon...

I'll be sure to shut off the filter. :)

yeah, i want to see it too. i have never seen a caveman movie where you didn't have to shut off the reality filter so i think i'll be alright.

Ah, well, I was going by the IMDb comments and you know how picky that lot can get. :)

Yes, woolly mamoths in the desert was a stretch..., but I LOVED the special effects. Just like the special effects in the mindless "Jumper".
The best was the old medicine woman.

Oh I totally want to see it. This is the best review I've read so far: Do not expect a tightly plotted and realistic world. HA!
