One word of advice: thanks to the recent child-caused toilet disaster, we discovered that we do not have access to the plumbing to the basement bathroom. It looks great having all the pipes sealed behind sheetrock but in case of an issue, then what? So don't seal yourself in. *so annoyed with stupid stoned contractors that did myriad idiotic things to our basement*
