There's one level of parking below grade, for the retail parking. There's also a huge (9' deep) foundation under the central core -- elevators and stairs. The residential parking is above grade, 6 levels before getting to the first residential floor on the 7th level.
I was wrong, it did get deeper! Now they're pretty much at the bottom. They've started pouring concrete for the caissons.
